the ONE supplement that I recommend for everyone
I'm not one to broadly recommend supplements, but this one is a no brainer.
As an FNTP, my supplement recommendations are extremely bio-individual. Meaning I rarely recommend generalized supplements to my following. Every client is going to receive a different protocol based on their unique needs and factors playing into their health.
As a reminder, supplements should always *supplement* your diet. The food you are consuming is going to have the most drastic impact on your health. Plain and simple. You can’t out-supplement a sh*tty diet. That being said, there is a time, a place and a need for more therapeutic and bioavailable forms of various nutrients and that is where supplements come into play.
